What we have and have not tested
We currently compare published labels, research and provider terms. We have not purchased or used the listed products for hands-on reviews, conducted a clinical test or measured treatment outcomes. A brand note is research, not a first-hand review.
Our assessment checklist
- Record the exact product, active ingredient, formulation and regulatory status.
- Compare published trial evidence only with the population and outcome it studied.
- Check current first charge, recurring charge, shipping, cancellation and eligibility with dated evidence.
- Explain trade-offs, uncertainty and who should ask a clinician before purchase.
- Disclose any sample, payment or affiliate relationship beside the relevant recommendation.
When hands-on testing is done later, we will identify the tester, sample source, dates, method, observations and limits. We will never describe a product as personally tested until that work is documented.
