How we correct errors
We review substantiated factual concerns against primary sources, then correct material errors promptly. A substantive correction will note what changed and the date on the affected page; minor spelling fixes may not carry a note. We do not erase a material change to make an earlier claim appear accurate.

A monitored public business email is not yet available. The contact page will carry the verified correction channel before we accept reader submissions. Until then, we cannot promise receipt or a response. Medical questions belong with a licensed professional.
